Book multiple meetings at one time to increase the number of extras you can choose for each event. There's no restriction on the interval of your meetings, and you may book dates through 2012, pending availability. The number of rewards for which you are eligible is based on the number of meetings you book:
• Book two qualifying meetings, and select three extras• Book three qualifying meetings, and select four extras
• Qualifying meetings, consisting of 100 or more peak room nights, must be new meetings booked by June 30, 2010.
